Most of my time goes to Kit - automation, the public API, and the ecosystem creators and developers rely on. The rest goes into finding out where AI agents actually fit in real work: software, film, whatever’s next.

I keep circling back to how AI is becoming a permanent part of software development - how the tools evolve, and how teams change around them. What interests me most is turning that shift into better ways of working rather than more noise.

The current experiment is agent-first interfaces: designing the collaboration layer between a creator and an agent - a space where intent, context, and judgment flow freely enough that they shape the outcome together.

A few things I’m building right now - software and video as different ways into the same questions.
